I dropped off the car this morning for a oil change, a recall correction and a minor fix. It’s always an interesting experience at the garage!

Is so good to know that at the end of the day the small corrections will be complete and the vehicle will be back to good, for a while!

Sometimes, I wish I could just drop myself off at the local people dealer, and have them fix recalls, defects and minor wear and tear on my spirit!

Oh wait I sort of can

Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint. (Isaiah 40:28-31 NIV)

It’s A New Day

For the last few weeks as I have rolled down Rossville Boulevard on the way to my place of employment I have seen this sign at this church.

I don’t know much about this particular establishment besides its location, however, I just love the verbage on this sign.  Today I finally had the time and the foreknowledge to pull into their parking lot and snap this photo to share with you!

Remember, It’s a New Day!  Make the most of it!

16 That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day.  2 Corinthians 4:16  New Living Translation (NLT)
