I had thought I had read the entire Psalm multiple times over my short time on Earth, but I saw something yesterday that I did not recall before. That’s one of the great things about the words of wisdom found in all the 66 books of the Bible. There are always additional nuggets waiting to be discovered. I mean seriously look at this
Listen to my words, Lord, consider my lament. Hear my cry for help, my King and my God, for to you I pray. In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly. (Psalm 5:1-3 NIV)
I can’t believe it had noticed the last part of this before. ‘ I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly. ‘. What a great thought to be reminded of. The creator of the world is ok that you do this as well, which is even more amazing! What great requests are you honestly waiting for with great expectations today?
