Today is a day when we recognize one of most precious resources on the planet — Water. We use it to live, we use it to clean, we use to play, we use it for energy and its a key part of our salvation! When it’s clean and healthy it is a really important part of each of your days!
Today on World Water Day, it’s time to appreciate water. And a time to remember those who live in places where water is hard to come by or is contaminated.
It’s just a key part of life that the biblical references to water are pretty outstanding themselves.
So today, take a moment, as your drink the fresh water that is around you in such a plentiful supply, to be thankful for what you have. And if you want, join in the many groups that are fighting for water. Groups like Charity:water, who has announced their #FightDirty campaign today. Or Healing Hands, and it’s Walk 4 Water program.

37On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. 38Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.‘”
And yes, we share both physical and spiritual living water!
