I was watching a commercial for the start of football season recently, And on the wall of the locker room in the background was the phrase:

The poster was there to motivate those working out but it one more rep, to hold on for one more second, to push through and get just a little bit extra out by your body.

Today you are faced with another opportunity for greatness. Let’s see if we can do it again just one more one more!

Despite what the Manning brothers say, a phone’s for blogging not for footballing! Seriously, here I am using a phone to compose another great post. That’s right, the phone is a great way to reach out and encourage others- blogging, tweeting, texting or heaven forbid, talking!

Find away today to use it to lift up others today, you’ll still have time for footballing!

If it is encouraging others, devote yourself to giving encouragement. If it is sharing, be generous. If it is leadership, lead enthusiastically. If it is helping people in need, help them cheerfully. (Romans 12:8 GWT)
